Max is a Social Entrepreneur, Strategist, Researcher, and Organizational Innovator.
His interest areas include Decentralisation, Lean/Agile, Teal Culture, DeFi, DAOs, Design Thinking, Lean Startups, Product Management, Systems Thinking and Community Leadership.
He has worked with tech incubators and governmental bodies. In 2010, he founded 4irelabs, consultancy and development firm focused on blockchain and fintech projects, which because a of the leader in the blockchain space.
Max holds a master in SME Management from KNEU, Kyiv.

Leading lawyer of the Project Office of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, member of the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine, and member of working groups on the development of Ukrainian legislation on virtual assets.
DMYTRO NIKOLAEVSKY
Valeriia “Ria” is a user experience and partnership specialist, immersed in the Web3 space since 2017. Within Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, she launched a nationwide course in blockchain and crypto literacy with industry leaders such as Filecoin Foundation for the Decentralized Web, WhiteBIT, Safe, Aragon, MetaMask Learn, Optimism, Zapper.xyz, and more.
Valeriia is a Research Fellow at Ethereum Foundation “Next Billion” initiative. Valeriia is a Techstars alumnus and a member of Protocol Labs Network. Among her other initiatives, she has worked on an accessibility trainings for government officials in association with UNDP and contributes to PRJCTR, the largest Ukrainian creative and tech online institute.
Valeriia (RIA) Panina
Mike is a COO who has launched Web3 projects on start-up teams and with multiple venture studios since 2017.
His background in design makes him an early-stage marketing powerhouse. He has an MBA from Cambridge University. In his spare time he publishes an award winning magazine on design, technology, and social issues. At W3I he leads operations.
Mike Taylor
Dima is a researcher, writer, and entrepreneur who has been active in the Web3 and DeFi space for several years.
He has a Master in Banking from the Odessa State Economics University where he also worked as a researcher. He has held roles as research leadership for protocols, new ventures, and financial companies since.
At W3I Dima is leading research and activity that relates to private sector activity of Web3 in Ukraine.
DIMA Bondar
Julia is a researcher by nature and a trained lawyer. She has experience as a lecturer and content creator.
With over seven years practicing law and delivering legal research, Julia has developed expertise in contract and company law and developed strong skills with legal writing and public speaking.
She is a blockchain enthusiast and has worked with smart contracts in the legal field since 2018.
She earned a PhD in Law from the University of Odessa in 2013.
Julia Suhaia
Sergii Grybniak has 15+ years of experience in applications development and digital marketing. He is also the author of a multiple research articles focused on Distributed Ledger Technologies. Sergii was a member of the Advisory Council at The George Washington University, School of Business, Executive Program. He was a technical co-founder of a fintech startup acquired by a major financial institution in the United States. Sergii serves as a Co-Chair of IEEE Ukraine Blockchain Group. He is currently a Vice Chair of IEEE Standards Association Working Group P3228 "Standard for the Recurring Transactions on the Distributed Ledger Technologies".
